The most powerful story you'll ever write...
is the one you choose to live!

Over 3.5 hours, you'll be gently guided to uncover the stories that have shaped your life—and begin writing one that reflects who you truly are.

Are you tired of:

  • Repeating the same patterns over and over?

  • Feeling like you're never enough...

    • Not good enough

    • Not strong enough

    • Not loud enough

    • Just... not enough.

  • Feeling disconnected from your purpose and unique gifts?

  • Struggling to trust your inner wisdom?

  • Longing to share your voice, wisdom, and experiences with people who truly understand you?

If so, you're in the right place.

In this 3.5-hour Soul Writing workshop, you'll be gently guided to:

  1. Rewrite the story that's been holding you back.

  2. Identify limiting beliefs and recurring patterns.

  3. Reconnect with your inner wisdom and your Wise Warrior.

  4. Experience powerful inner shifts through reflective writing.

  5. Discover the gifts and strengths you were born with.

  6. Begin writing the sacred story of who you are becoming.

  7. Connect with a compassionate, supportive community of like-minded people.

This isn't about writing perfectly.

It's about writing truthfully.

It's about giving yourself permission to be seen, heard, and understood.

You cannot change the past.

But you can change the meaning you give it.

You can reclaim your power.

And you can begin the next chapter of your life with greater courage, clarity, and self-compassion.

The most powerful story you'll ever write...
is the one you choose to live!

Workshop Agenda:

Opening: 15 Minutes

Welcome, Outline, and Creating the Space

Purpose

To help participants feel safe, present, and clear about the journey.

Chronosoma Opening Exercise:

Arriving in the Body Before Writing.

Purpose

To regulate the nervous system before deep writing.

Before you write, you arrive. The body often knows the story before the mind has language for it.

Chronosoma means we are not just thinking our way into change. We are sensing, breathing, grounding, and becoming present enough to hear what is true.

Exercise: Hold, Breathe, Notice

Prompt

“Before I begin writing, my body feels…”

You are invited to write for 3 minutes.

Mini Teaching: How Writing Rewires the Brain’s Story

Key Idea

Writing helps create new connections and neural pathways in the brain because it takes what is floating inside us and gives it shape, language, sequence, and meaning.

Hour 1: Your Current Story

What Story Are You Living Right Now?

Purpose

To help participants identify the story they are currently living inside.

Core Question:

What story are you living right now?

What does it look like?

What does it feel like in your body, your choices, your relationships, and your inner voice?

This hour is about observation, not judgment.

Exercise 1: The Current Story Check-In

Prompt:

“Right now, the story I am living sounds like…”

Other prompts:

  • The story I tell myself most often is…

  • The role I keep playing is…

  • The sentence I hear in my head is…

  • Lately, my life feels like…

  • If my current story had a title, it would be…

  • If my current story had a song it would be ...

Exercise 2: What Does This Story Look Like?

Here you are invited to imagine your current story as a scene, image, landscape, room, road, weather pattern, animal, object, or color.

Prompts:

  • If my current story were a place, it would look like…

  • If my current story were weather, it would be…

  • If my current story were a room, it would feel like…

  • The colors of this story are…

Exercise 3: The Role I Have Been Playing

Prompt

“In my current story, I have been playing the role of…”

Possible roles:

  • The fixer

  • The invisible one

  • The performer

  • The peacekeeper

  • The overthinker

  • The rescuer

  • The one who never asks for help

  • The one who keeps starting over

  • The one who laughs it off

  • The one who carries too much

  • etc …

Follow-Up Prompts:

·      This role helped me survive by …

·      This role protected me from …

·      This role costs me …

·      I am grateful for this role because …

·      I may be ready to release this role because …

Hour 1 Closing Reflection

Complete this sentence:

“The story I am noticing today is …”

Reminder!

This is not the final story.

This is the story you are brave enough to look at.

Break - 5-10 Minutes

Hour 2: Wound to Wisdom

Rewriting Your Story

Purpose

To help participants transform pain, fear, and old beliefs into insight, wisdom, and power.

Core Question

What wisdom is hidden inside the wound?

This hour is about changing the meaning, not denying the experience.

Mini Teaching: Wound to Wisdom

A wound says, ‘This happened, and it hurt.’

Wisdom says, ‘This happened, and now I understand something deeper about myself, others, love, boundaries, courage, or survival.’

We are not here to make pain pretty.

We are here to stop letting pain be the only narrator.

Your wound is not your identity.

It may be part of your story …

But it is not the whole story.

Exercise 4: Understanding Your FROGS

Use FROGS as the things that keep jumping back into the story.

FROGS can be defined as:

F - Fear

R - Resentment or Regret

O - Obligation or Obstacle

G - Grief or Guilt

S - Shame

FROGS are the emotional creatures that keep jumping into the story.

They may be fears, resentments, regrets, obstacles, grief, guilt or shame.

We do not need to fight them.

We need to understand what they are trying to show us.

Prompts:

  • One fear that keeps shaping my story is …

  • One resentment or regret I am carrying is …

  • One obstacle I keep meeting is …

  • One grief or guilt that still has a voice in me is …

  • My FROGS sounds like …

  • My FROGS wants me to believe …

  • My FROGS are trying to protect me from …

  • What my FROGS do not understand is …

Reframe Prompt:

“If these FROGS had wisdom for me, they would say …”

Exercise 5: Channeling the Wise Warrior

Purpose

To help participants access an inner voice that is protective, courageous, compassionate, and clear.

Your wise warrior is not the part of you that attacks.

It is the part of you that protects your future.

It is the voice that knows how to tell the truth without abandoning you.

Guided Prompt:

A short guided meditation to discover the wise warrior within …

After the meditation …

Writing Prompt:

My wise warrior says …

  • I have watched you carry …

  • I know you are tired of …

  • I need you to stop believing …

  • I want you to remember…

  • The truth is…

  • The next brave thing is…

Exercise 6: Rewrite the Story

Participants choose one part of the current story and rewrite it from the voice of the wise warrior.

Structure:

Old Story:
“What I used to believe was …”

Wound:
“What hurt was …”

Wisdom:
“What I now understand is …”

New Story:
“What I choose to believe now is …”

Example:

Old story: “I am always left behind.”
Wound: “I felt abandoned when people did not choose me.”
Wisdom: “I learned how much I long for belonging.”
New story: “I no longer chase belonging in places where I have to disappear.”

Qigong Practice:

“Lotus Rises Through the Water”.

Embrace the past and look at it with compassion and then bring it forward and let it go gently.

Once you let go you are ready to embrace your new story.

Future Self Guided Meditation

Time: 10 minutes

Purpose

To connect participants with the self they are becoming.

In this guided meditation you will visit your future self.

Not the perfect self.

Not the fantasy self.

The truer self.

The self who has done some healing, made some choices, and stopped negotiating with the old story.

Break - 5-10 Minutes

Hour 3: Your Sacred Story

Who Are You Becoming?

Purpose

To help participants write the story they are choosing to live now.

Core Question

Who am I becoming, and what sacred story am I ready to claim?

This hour is about authorship, identity, and embodiment.

Mini Teaching: What Makes a Story Sacred?

Time: 10 minutes

A sacred story is not a perfect story.

It is a story with meaning.

It is the story where you stop treating your life as random pain and begin seeing your courage, your choices, your patterns, your healing, and your becoming.

A sacred story does not say, “Everything happened for a reason.”

Sometimes that is too simple.

A sacred story says, “I am allowed to make meaning. I am allowed to choose what this becomes in me.”.

Exercise 7: The Sacred Story Map

Time: 20 minutes

Prompts:

  • I come from …

  • I have carried …

  • I have survived …

  • I have learned …

  • I am releasing …

  • I am reclaiming …

  • I am becoming …

  • The sacred truth of my story is …

  • My next chapter begins with …

Optional Structure:

Once, I believed … Then life showed me …
For a while, I became … But now I understand …
The person I am becoming is … The story I choose now is …

Qigong Practice: The Flying Phoenix

Time: 10 minutes

Purpose

To bring lightness, breath, and embodied energy before writing the sacred story.

We are going to move before we write because the new story should not live only in the head. It should have breath, movement, and energy.

Simple Flying Phoenix-Inspired Movement

Reflection Prompt:

“After moving, the story in my body feels …”

Exercise 8: Write a Love Letter to Yourself

Time: 20 minutes

Purpose

To close the gap between self-judgment and self-compassion.

You are going to write a love letter to yourself.

Not a performance.

Not a motivational quote.

A real letter.

Speak to the part of you that has carried the old story.

Speak to the part of you that is tired.

Speak to the part of you that is still becoming.

Letter Opening Options:

Dear Self,

I know you have been carrying …

I know you are tired of …

I am sorry I called you weak when you were actually …

I am proud of you for …

I forgive you for …

I want you to stop believing …

I want you to remember …

You are allowed to …

You are becoming …

With immense love,

Your signature.

Exercise 9: Name Your Next Chapter

Time: 10 minutes

Prompt:

“If this next season of your life had a chapter title, what would it be?”

Examples:

  • The Year I Came Back to Myself

  • No Longer Available for Self-Abandonment

  • The Door I Finally Opened

  • Becoming Someone I Can Trust

  • I Was Never Broken

  • The Quiet Return of My Power

  • From Survival to Sacred

  • The Warrior Learns to Rest

Final 30 Minutes: Integration and Closing

Sharing Circle

You are invited to share one of the following:

  • A line from your love letter

  • Your chapter title

  • A sentence from your sacred story.

One word you are taking with you?

Gentle Sharing Rule:

No fixing. No coaching. No correcting. We witness the words.

Closing Chronosoma Integration

Time: 5 minutes

Invite participants to return to the body.

Prompt:

“At the beginning, my body felt…”

“Now, my body feels …”
